Mike or anyone at the cat's cradle show know what was played over the pa between the sucky band (not really) and destoyer? Shoegazy, female vocals, probably english. Not my bloody valentine though.
And big up to the woman up front in the striped shirt doing the head down grooving i love this song dance for the entire show. You are an inspiration to static old people like myself.

I thought he was just tuning. rolled into bed at 4:15 (I'm old)

Just got back from Destroyer in Calgary at the #1 Legion Hall. Pretty awesome, though no surprises in the setlist. Also: some girls who budged in front of me, and then proceeded to talk through the entire concert, occasionally dancing and generally acting like they were being filmed for a reality tv show. So lame/weird.
Devon Williams opened, and was generally fucking awesome.
